Self-Hosting for the City: Los Santos Hosting Launches Public Site Generator

Posted by Tristan Barossa, CEO of Los Santos Hosting | April 16, 2025

Today, we're thrilled to announce the next chapter in our mission to democratize digital infrastructure in Los Santos...

Effective immediately, Los Santos Hosting's self-hosting services are now publicly available.

For the first time, any verified resident or organization in the state can launch and manage their own fully integrated LOSSH site — with no special access, no dev background, and no ticket submission required. Just sign in, set your project name, and go live. It's that simple.

Powered by our modular architecture and backed by Procyon's distributed compute framework, these self-generated sites are built on the same core stack we use for government deployments, storefronts, and department portals. That means the same speed, the same security, and the same styling flexibility — now in your hands.

Whether you're running a street team, opening a private business, launching a community journal, or just want your own landing page — LOSSH now makes that possible. You’ll have access to modular toggles, live theming tools, and optional invite code management, all from a clean, intuitive dashboard.

This rollout is the direct result of demand from the community, and it reflects our belief that the digital city should be built by its citizens — not just for them.

To get started, visit the new Site Manager under your LOSSH control panel. From there, you can spin up a project, choose a design preset, assign admin permissions, and go live in under five minutes.

This is more than hosting. It’s digital independence — powered by Los Santos Hosting.

Statement on the Voluntary Recall of Project ARGOS Autonomous Test Firmware

Posted by Tristan Barossa, CEO of Los Santos Hosting | July 2, 2023

Today we are issuing a voluntary, temporary rollback of field testing associated with the Project ARGOS vehicle intelligence framework...

This decision follows a recent series of field anomalies involving irregular response prioritization and unexpected kinetic pathing under high-pressure civic interaction conditions.

While we are confident in the core integrity of the ARGOS behavioral kernel and the onboard telemetry sync system, we recognize that not all operational environments — particularly those involving spontaneous multi-agency proximity — have been fully mapped into the vehicle's situational awareness model.

As part of our commitment to public confidence and infrastructural excellence, we have elected to pause the current firmware release pending a full telemetry audit and AI tuning review. This includes a complete analysis of how third-party external behaviors — especially those from unpredictable units with inconsistent traffic protocol compliance — may be affecting the vehicle's real-time inference stack.

We believe that smart systems are only as good as the ecosystem they're allowed to learn from. And when trained on erratic, combative, or highly variable enforcement behavior, even the most advanced neural frameworks may produce undesirable evasive heuristics.

Project ARGOS is not being cancelled. It is evolving.

We remain proud of the strides our teams have made in shaping the future of intelligent mobility in Los Santos. This is not a failure — it is a recalibration. We look forward to resuming active field tests once our situational compliance matrix is updated to reflect the latest civic behavioral variables.

We thank the community for their understanding, and we appreciate the patience of our city’s enforcement personnel as we fine-tune ARGOS to better operate alongside their… unique procedural rhythms.

Los Santos Hosting and Procyon Motorsports Begin Joint Development of AI-Powered Vehicle Intelligence Platform

Posted by Tristan Barossa, CEO of Los Santos Hosting | October 12, 2022

Today, we're excited to unveil a new research initiative that merges data infrastructure with high-speed automotive innovation...

Los Santos Hosting is partnering with Procyon Motorsports to begin development on an advanced, AI-powered vehicle intelligence platform — one that aims to lay the groundwork for autonomous driving in Los Santos and beyond.

Unlike conventional "self-driving" tech, our project is not focused on simple point-to-point navigation. Instead, we are engineering a modular intelligence framework capable of adapting to the unpredictable traffic, criminal activity, road conditions, and human behavior unique to our city's ecosystem.

This platform, codenamed PROJECT ARGOS, is built on our existing container-based AI runtime — paired with Procyon's next-gen telemetry firmware. Through a distributed network of edge servers hosted within LOSSH infrastructure, Project Argos will allow fleet operators and performance vehicles to learn, adapt, and react in real time using dynamic scenario training and predictive mapping.

Phase 1 begins this week: LOSSH engineers and Procyon track techs are already running training simulations using captured fleet telemetry and tagged dashcam incident footage. Our shared goal is simple — create a civic-safe, RP-consistent autonomous framework that can one day be embedded into fleet cruisers, delivery vehicles, and even public transportation systems.

This partnership builds on the success of our core infrastructure alliance with Procyon Industries earlier this year, and it represents the natural evolution of what’s possible when you combine stable digital infrastructure with aggressive automotive innovation.

As always, we will remain transparent throughout development and are committed to keeping citizen data anonymous, encrypted, and secure. This is about capability, not surveillance.

The future of automation in Los Santos starts here — and it starts with us.

Los Santos Hosting Announces Strategic Partnership with Procyon Industries

Posted by Tristan Barossa, CEO of Los Santos Hosting | February 17, 2022

Today, we are proud to announce a strategic partnership that will define the next chapter of digital infrastructure in our city...

Procyon is known throughout San Andreas for its precision, its reach, and its deep integration across military, energy, and aerospace technology. Over the last several months, we’ve worked closely behind the scenes with Procyon’s enterprise network division to establish a shared vision — one that merges their raw infrastructure capabilities with our city-wide modular hosting platform.

This partnership will allow Los Santos Hosting to begin phasing in Procyon’s Tier-1 fiber mesh and encrypted DNS stack across all core services. That means faster speeds, lower latency, and dramatically improved uptime for every single site we host — public, private, departmental, or corporate.

But this isn’t just about speed. It’s about trust. Procyon’s infrastructure meets interagency clearance standards, and by aligning with them, we’re positioning LOSSH to support more secure deployments — including judiciary and emergency management systems — without sacrificing the creative freedom we’ve always stood for.

You’ll begin seeing new tools in your dashboard over the coming weeks. We’ll be rolling out Procyon-enhanced analytics, zero-knowledge data storage, and even edge-routing support for high-traffic enterprise portals.

For businesses, this means hosting you can depend on no matter how large your operation grows. For creators and community groups, it means the peace of mind to build without limits. And for the city — it’s the foundation of something bigger. Something permanent.

This is the future of infrastructure in Los Santos. And I couldn’t be more excited to build it with you — with Procyon by our side.
